Cancellation Policy

🌸 Booking, Service & Cancellation Policy for Tune & Nourish + Creative Alignment Services by Juannean Young | Creative Alignment Oracle & Wellness Coach 1. Booking & Payments All sessions and meal prep services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Full payment is required to secure your weekly spot and must be received before services begin. Weekly Schedule: Coaching check-in: 15-minute call every Wednesday During this call, we’ll review how your meals and wellness plan are going and make any necessary adjustments for the next week. 2. Rescheduling & Missed Appointments You may reschedule a coaching call once per week with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) are considered forfeited and non-refundable. 3. Cancellations & Refunds All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session or meal prep service within 30 days of the original booking. If you wish to pause your service, please provide at least one week’s notice to maintain your placement on the client schedule. 4. Late Arrivals Calls begin and end at the scheduled time to honor the next client’s session. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original end time. 5. Meal Prep Policy Menu Planning: Meal plans are customized weekly based on your wellness goals, dietary preferences, and feedback from our Wednesday call. Meal Delivery/Pickup: Prepared meals are available once per week at an agreed-upon time. Please notify me of any delivery or pickup changes at least 24 hours in advance. Refrigeration & Consumption: Meals are prepared for freshness and should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt and consumed within 3–4 days. Allergies & Preferences: Clients are responsible for disclosing any food allergies or sensitivities prior to meal prep. While every effort is made to maintain a clean, safe kitchen, cross-contamination cannot be completely eliminated. Refunds: Because each meal is custom-made, refunds are not available once preparation has begun. 6. Communication & Boundaries Weekly clients receive text or email support between sessions. Messages will be answered within 24 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday). 7. Energetic Integrity All services are designed to support your holistic alignment—mind, body, and spirit. By booking, you acknowledge that these services complement, but do not replace, medical, psychological, or dietary treatment. 🌿 Agreement By booking with Juannean You
